Taylor Swift just got engaged! And while I'm admiring her signature orange lipstick and minimal manicure (with the impressive diamond ring), I was curious to find other things that the history-making star loves and came across her go-to fragrance. In 2024, one of her fan accounts did some lip reading sorcery from the 2024 VMAs, where someone asked her why she smelled so good. She replied, “Thank you, it’s Tom Ford.”
While the short clip didn’t specify the exact perfume, Swifties were quick to theorize it was Tom Ford Santal Blush perfume based on one moment of her Netflix documentary, Miss Americana, where you can see the perfume hidden in the background. (I also found a Reddit post that lists every perfume she’s ever worn. If TSwift works hard, her stans work harder.) As someone who owned the star’s Wonderstruck fragrance back in the day, I wanted to see if her go-to was really worth the splurge. From dissecting the key notes to testing its wearability, here’s my honest review of the perfume.
