The countdown to Taylor Swift’s newest album, Life of a Showgirl, has officially begun, and we’re already getting a glimpse of the fashion that the artist plans on gracing us with this era. In a recent video shared by Taylor Nation, the official account for Swift's music and album releases, the star could be seen wearing the ultimate uniform for fall: a now sold-out cashmere short-sleeve from Reformation in an orange-red hue, a color she’s previously given us a teaser of for this era, and a black leather miniskirt from Versace. It's cozy, it's flirty and IMO, it's totally timeless. Plus, is it just me, or is the combo nodding to some dark academia vibes?

Pairing her chic fit with Malone Souliers chunky lace-up shoes, she accessorized with a black watch, also from Versace, and Foundrae’s Numbers diamond initial pendant, with the letter “T,” of course.

While Swift’s outfit tallies in at roughly $4,000, the good news is that you can recreate the look at a much more affordable price point. I’ve rounded up a few similar cashmere tops and leather (or faux leather) skirts that are equally as stylish—and a little easier on the bank account.
